1. Who We Are

Unwavering is developed and operated by Vibe2Viable ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship. Unwavering is a daily discipline application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how we handle it.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Unwavering stores the following data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Your display name (optional, used only for in-app personalization)
• Selected quote themes and source collections (e.g., Stoicism, Military, Sport)
• Notification delivery preferences (time, frequency)
• Streak data and progress history
• Favorited or saved quotes
• App settings and preferences

This data is stored using standard iOS storage on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers and is removed when you delete the app.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:

• Your email address or other contact information (unless you email us directly)
• Your location
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Crash reports sent to our servers

There are no user accounts in Unwavering. You never sign up, log in, or provide us with any personal information to use the app.

4. Local Storage Only

Unwavering stores all your data locally on your device. We do not use cloud sync, and your data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.

• Your preferences, streak data, favorites, and settings never leave the device.
• There is no backend that receives or processes your data.
• We cannot access, read, or recover your data — because we never receive it.

Because data is local, it does not sync between devices. If you use Unwavering on multiple devices, each device maintains its own independent state. Deleting the app from a device removes all data on that device.

5. Notifications

Unwavering delivers your daily discipline quotes via local notifications — scheduled directly on your device. These notifications are:

• Generated and delivered entirely on-device by iOS
• Not routed through our servers or any push notification service
• Fully under your control via iOS notification settings

We do not use server-side push notifications. No data leaves your device to trigger a notification delivery.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Unwavering offers optional paid plans (monthly at $3.99/mo, annual at $34.99/yr, or Lifetime Access at $74.99 one-time) that unlock the full app experience. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store via StoreKit.

We do not collect, process, or store any payment information — including your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that a valid purchase exists, so we can unlock premium features in the app.

Your purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

7. Third-Party SDKs and Analytics

Unwavering does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social media frameworks. There are no hidden trackers in the app.

The only third-party framework integrated into the App is Apple's own StoreKit, used solely to manage the subscription purchase flow. StoreKit does not transmit personal data to us.

We may receive anonymized, aggregated usage statistics from Apple (such as download counts and crash reports) through App Store Connect. These statistics do not identify individual users and cannot be linked to you or your device.

8. No Data Sharing or Sale

Because we do not collect personal data, we have no personal data to share or sell. We do not share your information with:

• Advertisers or marketing companies
• Data brokers
• Other app developers
• Any third parties whatsoever

9. Children's Privacy

Unwavering is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

Because we collect no personal data from any user, there is no information to identify, collect, or store from children. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the app, no personal data has been compromised.

10. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All data associated with your use of the app lives on your device — fully under your control.

To delete all data: delete the Unwavering app from your iPhone or iPad.

11. Security

Your app data is protected by your device's built-in security — including device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and iOS data protection. Because your data never leaves your device, there is no server-side attack surface for your personal information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will note them in the App Store release notes.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
